Jason Campana is the Chief Executive Officer of LifeSpeak Inc., where he leads the overall strategy, growth, and operations of the company. At the helm of the Executive Leadership Team, he oversees all aspects of the business and ensures LifeSpeak delivers on its mission to provide best-in-class, preventative wellness solutions for employers, health plans, and partners.

Previously, as Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Campana was responsible for LifeSpeak’s Client teams, Sales and Marketing, Company Operations, and driving the execution of the strategic growth plan. Prior to LifeSpeak, he spent more than a decade as Operations leader at Wellbeats, which was acquired by LifeSpeak in 2022.

Mr. Campana graduated from The University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management with BAs in International Business and Entrepreneurship. He also earned an Executive MBA from The University of St. Thomas.

Anna Mittag has been with LifeSpeak for more than 20 years, helping guide the company’s growth and evolution into a leader in whole-person wellbeing. As Chief Content Officer, she oversees product innovation, content creation and curation, client services, and sales and partnership support. Previously, she served as Chief Product Officer, where she led the expansion of LifeSpeak’s digital wellbeing platform. In her current role, she continues to shape the company’s vision for delivering trusted, expert-led content that drives measurable impact for organizations and their people.

Fluent in both English and French and based in Montreal, Anna brings a unique blend of legal, business, and creative expertise to her leadership. Before joining LifeSpeak, she practiced insurance litigation law with Lavery de Billy LLP and later served as in-house counsel for Cirque du Soleil. She holds a BA in English Literature as well as JD and BCL degrees from McGill University.

Thania Cadet is a healthcare executive with a clinical psychology background, known for transforming client relationships into strategic growth drivers. As Senior Vice President of Client Experience at LifeSpeak, she leads post-sale operations—including onboarding, retention, and customer success—to help clients realize the business value of holistic wellbeing and evolve into long-term partners.

Previously, Thania served as Vice President of Account Management at Garner Health, where she built performance frameworks and customer segmentation strategies that improved satisfaction, healthcare quality, and cost savings. At LifeWorks, she held multiple leadership roles, including VP of Account Management and VP of U.S. Strategy and GTM, spearheading product launches and guiding U.S. operations through major organizational change.

Adam Cohen brings extensive go-to-market and commercial leadership experience to LifeSpeak Inc., with a career spanning public sector SaaS, health tech, and employee wellbeing. As Chief Revenue Officer, he is responsible for leading LifeSpeak’s revenue strategy, scaling high-performing sales organizations, and driving growth across direct, channel, and enterprise markets. Adam is passionate about building diverse, data-driven teams and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement in support of LifeSpeak’s whole-person wellbeing mission.

Before joining LifeSpeak, Mr. Cohen held senior leadership roles, including Chief Revenue Officer at SDL, where he established scalable sales frameworks and operational excellence across public sector markets. He previously served as Chief Revenue Officer at Garner Health and as Vice President of North America at Lifeworks. Throughout his career, he has been recognized for developing and empowering leaders, optimizing go-to-market strategies, and delivering sustainable enterprise growth.

Matt Smolko is LifeSpeak’s Chief Financial Officer. He leads financial and corporate operations, including planning and forecasting, month-end close and financial reporting, human capital management, pricing, and target setting. By developing a deep understanding of the financials, he empowers the business to make sound, strategic decisions. He enjoys digging into the details and helping set up processes and procedures to improve transparency and efficiency.

Matt brings more than 20 years in corporate finance, including over 11 years leading finance teams at SaaS companies. Most recently, as the CFO of PE-backed SafeSend, he supported the company’s sale to Thomson Reuters.
