Meet the Advisors

Dr. Reena Kotecha

Dr. Reena Kotecha, MD, BSc, is a program leader for Harvard Medical School and is the founder of Mindful Medics. Drawing on clinical experience in the UK’s National Health Service and a certification in AI in Healthcare from Harvard Medical School, she applies insights from behavioral science, mindfulness, and emerging technologies to shape innovative, evidence-based approaches to wellbeing, performance and longevity. As a former International Advisory Board Member at Headspace, Dr. Kotecha has trained professionals across sectors in resilience, emotional intelligence, and mental health. As a TEDx and international speaker, she bridges medicine, science, and digital innovation.

Dr. Hau Liu

Dr. Hau Liu, MD, MBA, MPH, MS, has over 25 years of healthcare experience spanning clinical medicine and research, digital health, chronic condition management, and healthcare operations. Hau serves as the Chief Medical Officer at Cylinder Health and has held senior leadership positions at Teladoc Health and United Family Healthcare. Hau received a BA from Harvard, an MD, an MBA, and an MPH from Columbia, and an MS from Stanford. He is an attending at the VA New York Harbor Health Care system and a faculty member at the NYU Grossman School of Medicine.

Joe Meersman

Joseph Meersman is a product and innovation creative with more than twenty years of experience driving measurable impact across global enterprises. He has led large organizations through platform unification, AI adoption, and post-acquisition integration, consistently improving cost, delivery velocity, and ARR. At IBM, he helped establish the IBM Design organization and promoted design thinking and frameworks within IBM’s Watson and Cloud business. As Managing Partner at Gyr0scope, he advises executive teams on AI performance strategy and organizational transformation. He also teaches at the University of Texas at Austin, shaping the next generation of designers and leaders through applied research and communication.

Dr. Ashleigh Golden

Ashleigh Golden, PsyD, MSCP, RPsych, HSPP, ACT, is a Stanford-trained clinical psychologist and executive AI product and policy leader. She serves as Chief Clinical Officer at Wayhaven. Previously, she led Google’s national counseling program, practiced on-site at Meta, and directed behavioral product strategy at Lark Health in collaboration with health plan leadership. She is adjunct faculty at Stanford University School of Medicine’s Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences and was named Emerging Leader of the Year by Digital Health Canada.

Dan Pilat

Dan Pilat, B. Comm, is Co-Founder and Managing Director at The Decision Lab, an applied research & innovation firm. For 12 years, he’s applied behavioral science to designing digital health and wellness products; leveraging gamification, habit formation, and evidence-based strategies to drive engagement and positive outcomes. Across hundreds of projects, he’s partnered with governments and Fortune 500 companies to deliver products used by 700M+ people worldwide, including the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. He holds a degree in Decision & Information Systems from McGill University.

Federico Grinberg

Federico Grinberg is an entrepreneur and media executive with a track record of building and scaling digital businesses across the Americas. As co-founder and CEO of Futbol Sites, he helped grow the company into the leading sports media group in Latin America and the U.S., reaching over 60 million monthly users and a team of more than 500 employees across six countries. He served as EVP, driving global strategy and leading more than 15 successful acquisitions. Following Playmaker’s 2023 sale to Better Collective, he was appointed Global VP of Sports Media, continuing to shape growth, innovation, and international expansion.

Dr. Christopher Willard

Dr. Christopher Willard, Psy.D., is a father, clinical psychologist, author, and consultant. He has been an invited speaker in forty-four countries and has presented twice on the TEDx stage. He is the author of twenty-two books, including Alphabreaths (2019), Growing Up Mindful (2016), College Mental Health 101 (2025), and the upcoming Neuroscience of Negotiation (2026). He has been featured in The New York Times, The Washington Post, cnn.com, and he currently teaches at Harvard Medical School.

José Tolosa

José Tolosa is a seasoned media and entertainment executive with a track record of leading complex global organizations. He served as CEO of Meow Wolf, guiding operational expansion and strategic repositioning. Previously, he spent 15 years at Viacom and ViacomCBS (Paramount), ultimately serving as Chief Transformation Officer and COO, EVP International, where he led restructuring and digital modernization and supported the growth of flagship brands across 180+ countries. Earlier, he held leadership roles in strategy, operations, and international business development.
