Live Workshops

Live workshops are conducted on-site at client locations to provide employees with “in person” access to leading experts. These allow individuals to learn from experts and ask questions that are top of mind, while fostering a community of caring, as individuals from across an organization realize that they are not alone.

LifeSpeak workshops address topics related to well-being, resilience and personal growth for busy employees as well as topics related specifically to working parents and employees with eldercare responsibilities.

Topics include:

Physical/Mental Health,
Personal Growth
Work-Life Integration
Financial Management
Professional Development Skills
Parenting: Behaviour & Discipline
Childhood Development, Nutrition, Education and Physical/Mental Health
Eldercare Planning, Care Options and Coping

The workshops provide valuable information and strategies while allowing opportunities for colleagues to share experiences, challenges, and insights.

  • In designing a workshop series, LifeSpeak considers a client’s demographics, business objectives and corporate culture.
  • Clients have the flexibility to select the frequency of workshops, preferred topics and speakers, as well as the desired audience.
  • LifeSpeak takes care of all of the logistics relating to each workshop. A LifeSpeak professional is on-site every time along with the expert speaker. Workshops are typically 90 minutes in length which allows for sufficient coverage of the particular topic, as well as time for questions and answers.
  • Attendees are also provided with reference material written by the expert speaker and feedback is conducted at each workshop and reported on an annual basis.

LifeSpeak has developed rosters of experts in four cities - Toronto, Montreal, Calgary and Vancouver from which we are able to provide workshops across the country.
